Profile of a Successful DavCo Management Candidate
The purpose of this profile is to outline the preferred characteristics of a Wendy’s management candidate. These guidelines are used by our Employment Managers in selecting the best applicants for our professional management team.
We do not expect a candidate to have every characteristic listed although, a promising applicant will possess a majority of the following:
Prerequisites:
- 18-years of age (minimum)
- Possess high school diploma or equivalency
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a vehicle
- Have working telephone
Work History and/or:
- Job progression
- Job stability
- Good work history
- Retail or food experience
- Management/Supervision experience
Personal Characteristics:
- Good communication skills
- Motivational skills
- Leadership/ability to delegate
- A sense of urgency
- Problem solving skills
- Enthusiasm
College and/or:
- 2-year degree, Hospitality
- 4-year degree, any discipline
Military:
- Food service experience
